Free Venue Finding

How does it work? If you place a booking at a venue that we’ve introduced you to, they usually pay us a small introduction fee* after the booking has been completed. Don’t worry, the price isn’t increased to cover this. In fact, you will be pleasantly surprised at the low rates that we are able to negotiate. Also, as a founder member of the Alliance of Independent Events Agencies (www.aiea.co.uk) we have access to specially negotiated rates at venues worldwide.

But we care about more than just saving you money. We take the time to learn about your business objectives, and consider everything that you might require; our expert team with their vast knowledge of venues then source the best option for your needs. We also offer comparisons, then the choice is entirely yours. We will then liaise with the chosen venue to confirm your booking with the venue, and that’s one headache that you don’t need to worry about.

*There are rare occasions where a venue will not pay us a fee. Only on these occasions, we may charge a small admin fee, but we ALWAYS advise you of this in advance. However, if the venue find is only a part of the work that we are doing for you, no fee will be charged.
